I don't usually do, this but the moment I saw this material I had to make this post, and pass it on. I've been looking for this kind of material for ages. So, if any of you are interested in drawing quadrupeds, you got to take a look at this material that Maichael Sporn posted on his blog. It's some great info that was put together for Disney animators during the production of Bambi. Trust me it's worth a look.
