A Completely Hand Written Book - Upcoming Curio & Co.'s AZR-0 Robots Journal Publication

We are in production – Curio & Co.'s AZR-0 robot book - I've been looking at the proper size for the text in the book, line heights and styles. I got to get this right otherwise the whole book will suffer…

And, YES the whole book will be hand written no typefaces will be used in the book interior.  Otherwise it wouldn't look like a journal would it!

I'm loving working on this project!

Funny! AZR-0 Robot Behavior Book by Curio & Co. In Production

I've started production on the AZR-0 book itself and not just the illustrations ;)

All of the illustrations I have've done to date are all scanned, cataloged and roughly placed in the book. Now start the many many many iterations and revision of Curio & Co.'s 6th publication.

Thank You For Your Time - In Calligraphy

A quick calligraphy work from this morning.

One of the things I love most about working at Curio & Co. is that I get to do all sort of different type of work: from branding (logo design and color correcting photographs) to illustration and and calligraphy, and yes also budgeting, but hey even budgeting is fun once I figure out how to make a product within the allotted budget. I dig problem solving.  Anyways…

Working on these projects is always a treat! I get to mess with paper, drawings, production process, and yeah! I get to work with with my partner one of the most creative person I know.
